With such a wonderful descriptions I just kept hording them all and figured I would figure out their true use some day.  Well that day is here, they appear to be most often used on the mastery tab of an item in order to increase your chances of a critical success.<\/p>\n<p>So with a bit of searching in the Lore Book, I made a quick list (which I will update over time) of the items I had and which professions use them:<\/p>\n<p>Torn claw = weapon smith \/ woodworker \/ tailor<br \/>\nblackened claw = weapon smith<br \/>\nDelicate wing = woodworker<br \/>\ndelicate horn = woodworker<br \/>\nclouded eye = scholar<br \/>\nDark eye = scholar<br \/>\nblackened tail = metalworker<br \/>\nsmall intestine = cook<br \/>\ncrushed intestine= cook<br \/>\ntorn\u00c2  intestine = cook<br \/>\nDismal treasure = jeweler<br \/>\ncopper salts = Scholar<\/p>\n<p>I also<a href=\"http:\/\/lorebook.lotro.com\/wiki\/Special:Advancedsearch?type=item&amp;action=search&amp;min_i_level=6&amp;max_i_level=20&amp;quality[]=rare&amp;item_type[]=o&amp;sub_type[]=tro&amp;sort=ilevel\"> refined an advance search <\/a>on the Lore Book site to list all the rare trophies from level 7 to 20.
