So when we first brought Lauren home it did not take long before I witnessed what can come out of the bottom end. Today it was something entirely different.

Nothing can prepare you for the first time your child’s mouth erupts with stuff. Today’s stuff of choice was a mix of rice cereal and milk. My heart sank, knowing that Lauren must feel awful, even though the smile and giggle would make most think she was just playing. The worst part is not knowing what is really wrong. My guess was the cereal I fed her today did not sit well on her tummy, but what if I am wrong. That is the what worries me, and from what I understand it is a fear that I will have to live with the rest of my life.
